Hotel room is very clean and the floor plan is very thoughtful. The toilet is in a separate section with the bath which is very convenient. Self check in is fast and easy to use. Hotel staff is professional and helpful. Strongly recommend!"

The food at the hotel was very good, our rooms were very comfortable and they provided everything we needed for our stay such as toothbrushes, PJs dressing gowns. The breakfast is a buffet with a wide choice of food items. is Our stay in Tokyo was made better because of the services provided by the hotel - free bus services to the local bus stop and into Tokyo centre. Throughly enjoyed and would definitely recommend. "

"Very convenient due to being in terminal 3. Had a long layover and this hotel was simple to access and the rooms are very efficient and well organized. Perfect for travelers. The resturant has excellent food and a good variety of western and Asian choices."
