"Fantastic stay with family - 2 adults and a young child. The room (Premier Grand Suite twin) was spacious, very clean and comfortable with an amazing view over the city. It was very well sound proofed, as we were not disturbed by any external noise and the air conditioning was also quiet. Very good facilities and a nice shower and bath. Lovely food available via room service and in the restaurants. The staff at the hotel were all friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well located for sightseeing and close to train and tube stations. The breakfast was also very tasty with lots of options for different kinds of food. We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend it. If we are lucky enough to return to Tokyo in the future, we will certainly stay here again. "

"Clean room, nice amenities, pool was closed for winter. 5 minute walk to Ryokugo Station which is 2 stops to Akihabara station and Yamonote Line, good restaurants by station, convenience stores, coffee shops, sumo stadium."

"An immediate overnight stay due to a change of flights, however the access to the spa and leisure area is very welcomed after a 14 hour flight. Highly recommend the stay. "
