「Very friendly staff. Nice pub and restaurant downstairs. Our room was on the street side and above pub outdoor seating, so it was a little noisy. One of our windows didn’t shut completely, which didn’t help. But it quieted down a lot at night. Very clean and comfortable.」

「Found this little gem near Bristol airport. The accommodation was absolutely stunning – spotless, spacious and beautifully presented, with so much thought and attention to detail throughout. Everything had been considered, from the lovely selection of juices, teas and coffees to the generous supply of milk, including alternative milk options. It was such a comfortable, welcoming and relaxing place to stay, and a real treat before travelling. We only wish we could have stayed longer!」

「The room was excellent, though the bed felt too soft for my preference (not a criticism). The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. On the other hand, the Wi-Fi and signal were poor; we rely heavily on such services nowadays... No hotel parking was available. I would return at any time.」

「Room was cleaned daily ...coffee tea was replaced daily but weather was so good out early so didn't have meals there . So couldn't pass comment on this」

「excellent」

「Lisa was very thorough and explained everything. She also suggested me the good restaurant and places to visit. Enjoyed my stay」

「Great for the price.」

「Bedroom really needs updating and TLC. Carpet was marked and mattress saggy and uncomfortable. Bath panel needs repainting. Very weird door in bedroom that when opened had a duvet hanging between our door and the one immediately behind. Beautiful old building but difficult to shut windows and paint peeling. On a positive, the food in the restaurant was good and staff were all friendly. Lovely little village with some nice one off shops/cafes. I think the price is high for a basic pub...

「It’s is a lovely place to stay and the price and quality of the food is amazing.」

「This was haunted house, with appearance and feeling of 17th century. Horrible. I wonder how such hotels get listing on your site.」

「We had the best stay here for my birthday ! The room was beautiful and the breakfast was outstanding, a little further out than we normally stay but well worth the extra few minutes walk」
