Lovely place to stay. We stayed here as we were visiting Cheddar Gouge. Friendly staff and nice pub downstairs. Big family room and massive bathroom. Everywhere was clean and and well decorated. Nice breakfast included. Highly recommend.

This Inn is easily the best place I've stayed and I am saying that after having travelled to several countries within Europe, central and South America and the Caribbean. It is a very friendly atmosphere. The staff makes you feel like you are at home and welcomed with open arms. I have no criticism towards the Woodborough. Only too much praise. Don't miss out on this gem

We stayed on a Friday night and the pub side was busy with locals, always a good sign! Clean friendly pub with great rooms and a wonderful restaurant but also in the village there are plenty of other food options and typical village shops and pharmacy. Great place to stay or live 👍
