"Our stay was very enjoyable. Tabitha was easy to deal with and check in was easy and even allowed us to check in a little early. The location of the house was ideal. We loved the hot tub, fire pit, kayaks and all the bikes. It was also clean and tidy. There were a few things missing in the house, such as a bathroom with the upstairs bedroom The furniture could have been in better shape."
Perfect family getaway! Beautiful Lakes, beaches, Marina and golf. Best in N MI.

"The cottage was easy to find, well maintained and had one of the best stocked kitchens I've seen. Lots of cooking utensils, pots/pans and dishes (but not too many like other places we've stayed), all in good working order. The host was wonderful and easy to work with when we had an issue. The beach access was right across the street, with a small fire pit, sandy beach and water access. We will definitely be back to this one again!"

"The little beach front we got was great! We loved just getting away from everything and enjoyed the water noise. Nicely located near a local coffee Cafe and some wineries and food options. A little pricey but we went all out for our anniversary! Only flaw is could say was the bed was very hard, but i guess everyone has there personal opinion on comfort!Overall it was a very relaxing stay, with a great location"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cute cottage! It's small, but perfect for our little family getaway. The lake was calm and clean and the property was fully stocked with paddles and life vests for enjoying the kayaks and row boat. We were able to fit myself, my husband, 5 year child, and our dog and still had room in the row boat!Perfect spoit to explore teh very cute downtown Elk Rapids, close to Traverse City, and not too far from Sleeping Bear Dunes. Definitely planning on coming back next year!We also had an issue with the laundry being locked on arrival when it wasn't supposed to have been locked. The management company handled it very quickly and got the door unlocked so we could enjoy the full facilities, use the laundry as needed, and get access to the life vests and paddles for the boats."

"This is a great spot with sandy beach and lake bottom. We found the house to be spacious, clean, and well appointed with modern appliances. Aaron is a quick communicator and addressed our questions promptly and helpfully. The property is about 2.5 miles from the Leelenau rail trail (paved) which connects Suttons Bay and Traverse City."

"Beautiful view of Lake MI from most rooms. Access to beach (with stairs) is just beyond patio. Chairs provided half way down. Beach is best for rock hunting & skipping stones, rather than sand castles & umbrellas. (You’ll find easy access to sand at the county sculpture park that’s 3 minutes away) Water was shallow for quite a distance; sandbar was great for frisbees. Well equipped kitchen with pantry to store our stuff. We appreciated ample hand soap, dish washing supplies, TP, & laundry detergent. Besides living room & bedrooms there are two smaller rooms to which individuals could retreat for yoga or reading. Worked well for our multigenerational group."
