「Location is convenient to groceries, downtown mall and Pavillon and UVA. Management team sent clear instructions for access and responded promptly to any questions. Bed had supportive mattress. Parking situation is excellent. Loft was clean except the oven. If you plan to cook understand that there is minimal equipment, minimal supplies (not even salt or pepper). Bathroom has obviously been remodeled and shower is great.」

「Couldn’t have picked a better location for visiting Charlottesville! The apt was very chic. The sofa could have used a few throw pillows () but we were mostly on the go, so no problem.」

「Good facility but need to update amenities such ice (icemaker not working, no dish washing soap,Kleenex. Very roomy facility and pleasant surroundings.」

「This is a very fun, spacious and beautiful property. It is fully finished with everything you would need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The location is great as well. We were in town for an Opera at the Paramount and live music at The Southern. Both places were walkable as well as your choice of many restaurants. The only thing I would point out is the set up. The two bedrooms are right next to each other. And while aesthetically pleasing, the walls have glass panels at the top...

「So, this was the first trip my wife and I were able to take in more than four years where it’s just the two of us trying to getaway from a busy and hectic life raising two young kids. And this property let us down from the moment we showed up. The unit had not been cleaned prior to arrival. We were greeted by trash bags upon opening the front door, used towels hanging on racks in the bathroom, and the only bed was unmade. There was no hair dryer contrary to what the listing told us. There was...

「the apartment was absolutely beautiful & extremely clean. i would highly recommend staying at this location」

「Great location, clean, and convenient.」

「Adorable apartment in a very nice safe neighborhood 」

「Love this place! It’s close to campus as well as some great food. Don’t miss Pi Napo for pizza. We stayed at the end of a long road trip so we appreciated the washer and dryer.」

「Great location, spacious apartment!」

「The place was very clean* & well located. The beds were comfortable. It was very hot out and the temp- controlled from the main house- was cool. There was plenty of shampoo, conditioner and TP. The gardens around the stately house were lovely and well kept. There were plenty of outlets and the hosts had put in USB ports. I don’t like to leave poor reviews; in checking my profile I see I have done this very rarely, but I was misled by the number of strong reviews on this place. Having been...

「The space is beautiful, great location, the people who rent it all wonderful communicators and available. The bathroom needed some cleaning, the dishes and pot and pans were dirty, the couch had wears and tears in it, and the front door had a crack in it on the left side. Again, location was fantastic, the space was great, and the renters were easy to reach.」

「The location is excellent. I parked my car and didn’t move it until I left. Was able to walk everywhere I needed. The kitchen and bathroom were very clean. I had everything I needed. Plenty of towels and basic supplies (soap and cooking utensils). The tv/dining area was very spacious. The check in was smooth. My only small complaint was that the bed sheet situation was a little off. The bed was big and comfortable. But they the three flat sheets method. So a matress liner on a big bed, then a...

「Clean and very easy to walk to restaurants, parks, etc!」

「What a great experience. The property management company was so easy to work with. The house was immaculate. Comfortable, clean, beautiful bay windows overlooking the mall, easy to access, the rooms were big, the kitchen was stocked, the living room/kitchen table area was huge. And you truly cannot beat the location. One flight of stairs and your walking the Charlottesville downtown mall area. We would definitly book this place again in the future.」

「Everything was great.」

「Loved it! Exactly as described. Quiet, comfortable, and within walking distance to so much. Coffee shop across the street was wonderful.」

「This was a very nice, clean apartment in a wonderful location. Literally only a block walk to the Belmont restaurant area and only minutes from the downtown mall and the university.」
