「First class hotel. Beautiful location. Excellent food and amenities. The people couldn’t have been nicer. Everyone speaks English thankfully. Although everything is very expensive (plus 25% vat) in Copenhagen, there is value for the money. Easy to drive around. 」

「Property in great location, but major problems with both internal bathroom door and more importantly the door to access the property.
We could not unlock the door from the outside, we accessed the property by climbing up and then through an open window. We the nad to leave this window open to get access to the property (a major security risk). Having remotes this below is a copy of the replay I received

「Everything barring the bathroom was fine. The bathroom was so terrible that it pulled down the rating for the overall property.
The drain for the shower and the washbasin was the same and water used to come out of the drain while taking a shower. Also, the shower curtain was pretty filthy - did not want to even touch it. 」
