Enjoy this 1bedroom, 1bathroom with waterfront views, located on the lower level with a balcony overlooking the seasonal pool. Our bedroom features a queen bed, a queen size sleeper sofa, with a full bathroom, and an electric fireplace in the living room.
The open concept living space, entails a kitchenette with a mini fridge, stovetop with 2 burners and a microwave. Seating for 6 is available with a kitchen table and bar seating.
The living room has seating for up to 5 guests, with an electric fireplace to warm and create ambiance. . And don't forget to enjoy the balcony as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.

The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 48 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

We loved our stay and having a cozy room bigger than a normal hotel room. Very clean, friendly staff and no complaints. The view was beautiful even in December. Perfect location if you wanted to walk downtown Charlevoix. Loved the sauna here as well!

The condo location was fantastic! Sitting on the balcony, watching the boats pass by and the sunrise each morning, was absolutely amazing. Our room was ready about 4:20pm. The location is perfect! A quick (yet frigid in January) walk over the drawbridge led us to a quaint downtown area. I am gluten free and The Happy Troll provides me gluten free food options. The Vue winebar was very cozy with great subset views. The town had several shops closed for the season but it was ok because our room was so cozy! I loved the fireplace and the couch was comfortable. The only thing missing was a cozy throw to put on while you watch the waves.
