Enjoy this 1bedroom, 1bathroom with waterfront views, located on the lower level with a balcony overlooking the seasonal pool. Our bedroom features a queen bed, a queen size sleeper sofa, with a full bathroom, and an electric fireplace in the living room.
The open concept living space, entails a kitchenette with a mini fridge, stovetop with 2 burners and a microwave. Seating for 6 is available with a kitchen table and bar seating.
The living room has seating for up to 5 guests, with an electric fireplace to warm and create ambiance. . And don't forget to enjoy the balcony as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.

The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 48 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

This unit was very clean and comfortable. We loved the fireplace and view of the water. It had all the amenities we wanted. We would stay there again. We were disappointed that the hot tub was under repair and the one treadmill was broken - we understand that can happen though.

Perfect weekend get away spot

We loved our stay and having a cozy room bigger than a normal hotel room. Very clean, friendly staff and no complaints. The view was beautiful even in December. Perfect location if you wanted to walk downtown Charlevoix. Loved the sauna here as well!

Amazing Weekend Getaway

The condo location was fantastic! Sitting on the balcony, watching the boats pass by and the sunrise each morning, was absolutely amazing. It was clean, tidy, and beautifully decorated, adding to the comfort of our stay. Plus, it’s within walking distance to everything downtown, making the experience both relaxing and stress-free.

Perfect couples get away

Our room was ready about 4:20pm. The location is perfect! A quick (yet frigid in January) walk over the drawbridge led us to a quaint downtown area. I am gluten free and The Happy Troll provides me gluten free food options. The Vue winebar was very cozy with great subset views. The town had several shops closed for the season but it was ok because our room was so cozy! I loved the fireplace and the couch was comfortable. The only thing missing was a cozy throw to put on while you watch the waves.

Gorgeous view

We came into town for a wedding and we’re able to get a unit with an amazing view of the water . Our friends were staying at other places and came over to spend time in our unit . It was spacious and had all the necessities we needed . The only comment I can make is the building / unit had an odor to it that set off a migraine and unfortunately instead of being able to explore the town before the wedding I had to spend it in bed sick . I’m not sure if it’s the building itself or the cleaning products but that we be the only improvement or concern I can make. Thank you for the beautiful accommodations. We have told our family and friends about it !

I asked if they could put rose petals in the bedroom as a surprise for my wife and they delivered. Rose petals and candlelight greeted us as we entered the unit and my wife loved it. The unit was clean and the view was great. We only wish the bed was a bit more comfortable but no bed is as comfortable as your own. We were able to walk the city without having to drive anywhere. Within 20 minutes of Petoskey as well. I highly recommend to stay here.
