Enjoy this 1bedroom, 1bathroom with waterfront views. Our bedroom features a king bed with a full bathroom, including a walk-in shower with a built in shower seat. Host additional guests on the queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
The open concept living space, entails a kitchenette with a mini fridge, stovetop with 2 burners, a microwave, and a gas fireplace in the livingroom.
With seating for 5 and the ambience of a fireplace, Don't forget to enjoy the balcony as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.

The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 48 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Amazing location and unit!

Really enjoyed my stay at the property. Unit was great and right by the bridge. It was a really cool view to see it go up and down at times. Lots to do in the area and highly recommend this place. A+

Cute place, but very dark inside...suggest lighter more neutral décor updates. You also need a new TV remote, as there was not one & we had to go and get a universal one from front desk and my husband had to program it as the management staff didn't know how. Overall, cute place & great location!

Fantastic location

The property is nice sized, and the fireplace came in handy during a couple of cool night's. Hotel staff is only around during the day. I'm assuming this relates to less business due to the pandemic,so they can't afford to have someone around 24/7 - but I might be wrong, as I've never stayed here before. Overall, this was a pleasant experience and I would return if visiting Charlevoix.

Low toilet stool with no grab bar and restroom off the lobby was not handicapped equipped. Some lights did not work. Wife fell while getting into a porch chair which broke upon sitting, she is not fat! Great view and nice accommodations. Not enough near parking for handicapped.

Nice, but pricey!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property seemed weathered, had a weird smell to it when you first walked into the unit. There was no dishwasher (didn't really matter either way) The hair dryer was something from the 1980's, so that should be replaced! We had maid service for 2 days (that only consisted of changing out the towels) By the way, 2 towels for 2 people for 3 nights -unacceptable! However, It was in a great location -everything was within walking distance, bed was comfortable, and the unit was quite spacious! Would we spend that kind of money again, most likely NOT!

I already shared my glowing report. Frank said to me after we got back home, “Libby, that was just like a fantasy, being on the water in such a beautiful place. I can’t WAIT to go back!” He is a walker, so he was out and about morning, noon and evenings, delighting in the gorgeous homes and gardens, the marina, the Lake Michigan sunsets, driving to the lavender farm and taking the little ferry, smoked fish, comfortable bed, just EVERYTHING! Our sister used the pool for some low-impact exercise. We just had a great time connecting in our condos and then some independent activities. The weather cooperated, too. All great!

This unit was just perfect in every way. She loved the seating arrangements that gave her options to relax both in and outdoors.The dinette table worked perfectly for meals and coffee. Also the floors allowed her the ability to get around on her walker in the unit.The view gave her the ability to see almost all of Charlevoix's beauty and busyness from the balcony. The lobby staff and decor was wonderful. Beds were comfortable. Sheets and towels white, clean and fluffy. Cleaning staff was on the ball and on time. In the winter the fireplace would be lovely. We would definitely rent this unit again.I enjoyed the pool and sauna. Edgewater's new exterior paint job looks gorgeous!

Location is amazing to watch the bridge go up and look at the beautiful water views... we shopped...found great restaurants and walked to the beach a few times..got to a couple breweries and hiked too...you can’t beat the location!! And a great condo ..cozy and clean and comfortable :) staff was so nice and called back right away when we had a couple of questions bc we had to change dates...very nice and helpful. We most definitely will be back to the Edgewater....

Being next to the bridge between Lakes Charlevoix and Michigan, you can watch boats all day long, see the Emerald Isle/Beaver Island ferry come and go, and observe the people and cars crossing the bridge. Being located at the edge of downtown affords easy access to stores and restaurants and is an easy walk to the piers and beaches of Lake Michigan. The condo has very comfortable and clean furnishings. The only potential negatives include traffic noise, IF the slider door is open, and some of the kitchen amenities (small freezer, lack of total dish sets), which is not an issue if you eat out all the time.
