「For a place that prides itself in excellent service I experienced a dominoe effect of the opposite that left me and my family with a poor experience.
1. We were making up the pull out bed when we leaned that not only were we missing a fitted sheet but the blanket had large blood stains on it. It took way too long to get a member of management to help take care of it but they did bring new bedding and made up the bed.
