"This was an incredible hotel! Highly recommend! The staff was wonderful, especially the owner. My son even mentioned that they were a 10 out of 10 in Service. We enjoyed breakfast that was a full assortment, breads, cheeses, meats, and different jams each morning, as well as the sauna that they turned on for us in the summer after a long hike. "Took my girlfriend their to propose and the staff were super helpful in locating the perfect romantic spot and getting me directions. They were also so kind during our dinner and breakfast service. The rooms were super clean with great view, and the hotel had great amenities, as well as being conveniently located near shops and the train station."

"We were upgraded to the Porta Cervino hotel. The staff and service were excellent They went the extra mile to make guests welcome and comfortable. I have everything good to say about the staff service and the hotel amenities. From Thomas at the reception to the General Manager Yannic. Only wish they had air conditioning though it was cool at night do we opened the windows in the evening for a bit. Also, we visited during the peak of the heat wave in Europe. I would definitely stay again at Porta Cervino."

"The hotel has a modern lodge feel and the staff were so kind and helpful. The PeakFine restaurant was simply delicious and the staff were so attentive. We had the panoramic family room with an amazing view of the Matterhorn! This was the highlight of our trip to Switzerland. I definitely highly recommend this hotel and would come back in the future."

"Perfect Location with Incredibly Friendly Staff! ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bahnhof! The location is unbeatable literally right across from the train station, which made traveling so easy. Despite being so central, I felt very safe, and it was just a short walk to plenty of great restaurants. The staff truly made the experience special. Everyone was so warm, welcoming, and helpful from check-in to check-out. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Yes, the room was on the smaller side, but it was spotless and well-organized. The bed and bedding, however, were incredibly comfortable. If you’re looking for a convenient, safe, and cozy place with a personal touch, I highly recommend Hotel Bahnhof. I would definitely stay here again!"
