「The property was just Ok. Clean enough but outdated. The entry way smelled stale. What I didn’t the like the most was the $35 fee per day if you wanted housekeeping. And the book listing all the items in the rooms with a threat that you will be charged for anything missing. Way to trust your customers. And then when I pointed out something missing at checkout, she said the list is out dated. Just not our best experience」

「The hotel has an excellent location . They were understaffed. We arrived at 6:00 PM and check in was at 4:00 PM. We were told that they were still cleaning our room . The room was finally ready at 8:00 PM. W e had to change our dinner plans due to this. The staff did not seem to care much , they made it sound like it was out of their hands. There were other people like us that had to wait for their room to be clean. 」
