「Jeanette was very responsive to our needs. We had delicious breakfast in a friendly atmosphere. She was always ready to provide anything to make our stay pleasant. We look forward to another visit to Cape Cod and will stay here.」

「This is a charming hotel with immaculate rooms that are charming and spacious! The staff are wonderful - friendly and accommodating. The grounds are well kept with a charming little guest area to lounge and have a cup of coffee. Only a half mile walk to the beach and under a mile to town so very walkable too!」

「Check in was extremely easy and the gentleman at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Property was quiet and serene. Continental breakfast in the morning was a nice bonus. Would stay here again!」

「I believe they were understaffed. Person handling breakfast shift could not keep up. Ran out of dishes constantly and new plates/silverware put out were dirty. Staff at front desk left shift late at night and were already back mid morning the next day. It appeared they may be remodeling as I could smell paint and saw some painters. One of our rooms smelled like urine. The property has the structure to be nice and the breakfast offered was much better than other places. This truly seems to be a...
