The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, and there is a large shopping mall about 5 minutes away, so it's great for food and shopping. "房間整齊乾淨可比喻四星級以上的酒店， 洗手間有浴缸/ 企缸選擇。 雖然外觀一般，但是內籠令人嘆為觀止， 冷氣非常足夠 ! 只是 wi-fi 信號太差， 當晚電視機系統也有問題。 在酒店的四樓有按摩中心技師也很專業環境舒服漂亮，酒店有兩部電梯出入全部需要都行到頭尾外觀稍差。 在樓下都很多東西選擇， 非常方便。 酒店整體內籠非常 滿意， 但是仍然有待改善! 房間有很多usb叉電， 鬧鐘的位置也有兩個這一點非常難得。"

"I had a wonderful stay at Pan Pacific Suzhou. The room was modern, beautifully designed, and very clean, which made the entire stay feel incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The location was also a huge plus. It’s close to Panmen Gate and the gardens, and getting around was really easy. Everything felt convenient without being too busy. Overall, a great mix of comfort, design, and location. I’d definitely stay here again!"
