"The Fullerton is gorgeous. A Singapore landmark and very well located in Marina Bay Area. Our 3rd stay here over the years. But the hotel is a bit tired in areas - the pool needs some cleaning/maintenance- and the breakfast (which used to be stand out) was a real let down this time. It is like a very busy motorway service station and the quality and service suffers under the huge numbers it seeks to serve in a relatively small space. Still love the location and history of the building. And it’s special swimming in a pool under the lit up sky scrapers. Our rooms were small but comfortable and with all we needed. But we chose not to take our already included breakfast and eat elsewhere."

"It was adequate for a night stay. Super small accommodations but this hotel is meant to be for transients, not extended stays. Very small rooms but fine for one night. It is located at the Jewel in Changi so there are plenty of shops but it is about a 15-20 minute walk to Terminal 2."

"After a long flight, this hotel was peaceful, perfectly located within the airport terminal and as a bonus, the breakfast was superb! Every staff member we spoke to was friendly and helpful. It’s more expensive than our usual budget but worth every dollar."

"I stayed here for a short layover. Overall, the stay was decent. Positives: The room was quite spacious and the basic amenities were fine. The property is a bit dated, but reasonably well maintained. Cleanliness was decent, but there’s definitely room for improvement. Things to be aware of: The biggest issue is the location. It is often advertised as being 3–5 km from Changi Airport, but it’s actually around 15–16 km away. Travel time can be 40–45 minutes during the day, so don’t rely on it being “close” to the airport. The hotel is also not centrally located. There are a few local food options nearby, but not much if you’re looking to explore Singapore or enjoy a wider variety of restaurants. This is more about the area than the hotel itself. Getting a Grab during off hours can also take some time, so plan accordingly. I didn’t try the breakfast, so can’t comment on that. Overall: Good for a quiet stay, but not ideal if you want quick airport access or a central location."

"Love the hotel, I love how it literally connects to a shopping mall! Everything basically connects to each other around there. There's a mall across the street and you just have to walk in the mall that is attached to the hotel and walk outside and then you'll get to the other mall. Loved staying here and will stay here again when I visit! "
