"The room was very clean, the beds were comfy, the staff were super helpful and friendly. The breakfast and dinner food were an unexpected surprise. The food was fresh and tasty and they even provided cocktails. I see no reason to ever stay anywhere else."

"The property was beautiful, convenient to so many stores, restaurants and I10. The staff was wonderful to work with and bent over backwards to help my family with some confusion with the 3 reservations we made. The room was nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The only negative would be that I felt the shower was not cleaned thoroughly .. but it wasn’t filthy. "

"The pool water was very dirty , No clean pool towels only dirty towels and the pillows went flat the minute you lay on it. Other than that the room was clean and bathroom was also clean "

"Staff = Incredible. Hotel = Horrendous. The hotel was filthy. The beds had what look like blood on the sheets, the sink was cracked and broken, the bathtub was filthy, and the walls were spattered. The iron had crusted burnt on food as if someone had tried to make a grilled cheese sandwich with it. It’s amazing that it had pretty decent reviews and the pictures are very deceiving. This place is a dump!!."

"place was nice, but pricey for what you get. we’ve stayed at loews ventana canyon resort multiple times, & the rooms & bathrooms are very spacious & they have bathrobes as well. here, we had a fridge but no microwave."
