"I choose this property as it looked beautiful and perfect for an extra special visit my son had his first baby daughter and lives around the corner So I wanted every bit of my visit to be amazing. On entering the flat the smell was unbearable I immediately opened every window to allow fresh air in Could not see clearly out onto the view as windows were so dirty. The kitchen had refuse sacks and washing up left out with a dirty kitchen. Bed unmade and door of wardrope open revealing dirty laundry. bathroom unclean. I was devastated and wanted to walk out immediately but had no where to go I had just driven for 2 hours and expected to sit down relax and have a cup of tea nothing there for me to do that. A cleaner appeared and asked me to leave for an hour so she could clean. The last thing I wanted to do was go out again but I did so and went for a coffee. Retuning half an hour later as could not sit in killing time in a cafe. On returing the bed was made and the place had obviously had a quick clean it still had the smell and wet carpet as i had removed my boots and got wet socks from the floors So so upsetting as it did not warrant the amount I had spent on the place which for one person was a lot of money and had everything been up to standard I would have been happy. Oven not clean enough for me to want to cook in so had to have take out meals at extra expense. I looked for coffee machine instructions hit on the shoulder by a heavy door falling off th"
