「The place was good.Was disappointed with the yard as many places was poisoned and I was unable to let my dogs roam around in the back yard.I also found that the spare single bed was so hard that was unable to sleep in it.We enjoyed our stay in Cowra」

「Was originally put off with the BROWN Paint on the external metal as it appeared old and rusted. I was incorrect, the place is new and the paint was new. Just an optical illusion. They supplied Fresh Bread and Local Jams. Being Country people they offered a warm welcome. Down stairs double bedroom, with door, Upstairs was Double Bed and Single Bed, in an open environment. Accomodation was immaculate with all the Kitchen utensils and plates and bowls etc. Great for a country get away」

「Loved the cottage and the grounds. Everything was easy. All amenities suitable. The location is quiet for those looking to get away from the city bustle. Carol the host is very helpful. Doggo loved frolicking through the lovely secure grounds. 」

「My daughter and I with our dog Charlie had a fabulous 3 night stay. Tiny home was perfect and exactly as described. Beds were so comfortable - including the fold out. We got meal packs which made it even easier. Charlie enjoyed the runs in the front paddock. Plenty of walks, sunsets and sitting around the fire. Family were in the other tiny house and they were separate for privacy and your own space but close enough to hang out together. We plan to come back. Highly recommend. 」

「We loved our time in Bathurst staying at Rose Cottage. The central location of the lovely historical cottage was perfect. We loved how the old fireplaces have been utilised as features and the working fireplace in the big sunroom out the back was great! 」

「The property was very pleasant & beautifully appointed. All four of us very much enjoyed our stay & didnt want to leave. Our home away from home! Would definitely stay again if we return to Orange. Great value for money. Only one little drawback was the traffic noise. Quite a busy street compared to what we're used to. 」

「Perfect location for walking, birdwatching, and chilling out. House has everything you need and you have seclusion but owners are close by and very friendly and responsive if required. We can’t wait to go back, it’s one of our favourite destinations.」

「Isolated and very quiet. Lots of sheep surrounding the cottage. Very easy access to the Carcoar River Yarn Festival held that weekend.」

「If you think the description of this property sounds good. Trust us. It's ever better. If you are looking to have a wonderful place to stay where you can experience Australia all around you, this is the place. Kangaroos in the yard, birds singing in the trees, a magnificent view across a largely undisturbed valley. The hosts provides everything you need for a comfortable stay, plus a lot of unexpected amenities. They are right up the hill from you if you need anything...and a million miles away...
