"Front desk staff were unhelpful. We tried to notify them of a spill near the elevator but it was left for hours. We asked for a late checkout but they didn’t inform us that there would be a charge. We received a $22 dollar fee on our card days later. I called to explain that we were not told. They said there was nothing they could do. We’ll be staying elsewhere next time."

"This is a fantastic hotel that's neatly tucked away right before you entrance to Leavenworth. The staff was amazing and the room was right up there as well. I can't think of one thing that frustrated me. I will definitely stay there again!"

"They have a nice indoor pool and hot tub that are open at 9 and close at midnight. Only two blocks from downtown. Have a nice breakfast that is free. Price is not bad for what you get."
