"From the start, my family and I booked this hotel at the very last minute due the storm and flooding in Hoi An, we were accommodated with luxury and clean rooms. Upon arrival, we were greeted with exceptional customer service from the hotel supervisor Bobby and front desk receptionist Helen. Their customer service made my family felt like home. My family and I made plans for massage services, Helen was able to accommodate us quickly and I am talking about within couple hours. Overall, my family and I were super satisfied with our stay. "The staff was so friendly and helpful! The pool was one of my favorite parts of the stay. The water was the perfect temperature! I also loved all my services at the spa. The room was incredible with an amazing view of the city. It was also very spacious. The restaurant, the Alma, was not all I'd hoped for but was okay. My steak was overcooked and was just average. It was easy to get eveywhere I needed to go from this location. Would absolutely stay here again! "
