Very modern hotel and good room size (studio). Only downside is the bathroom design and layout - awkward and impractical. Breakfast selection and taste/quality were excellent. Located right at the bustling night market. Very loud music blasting from the neighborhood every night till 10:30-11pm!

Literally top 5 hotels I have ever stayed at and I have been across Korea, united states and Vietnam this hotel has amazingly kind staff. No one give me and fiance attitude. The rooms are always clean. Gorgeous views as long as you get the right rooms. The only criticisms I could leave for this hotel is the mounts for the shower glass are beginning to rust and expand.

Lovely hotel in a great location in Dalat. Very central and walkable area although a bit hilly throughout the entire city. Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices were very good. This is a great choice for your stay in Dalat!

A pleasant stay in Da Lat

Good stay, breakfast offers good and multiple items..The only draw back was wait staffs need pay more attention to guests' needs..Also needed to improve in personality i.e more friendly and smiling towards guests..However this is still a good hotel to stay..

Great location, right next to the night market and a huge shopping complex right next to the hotel. Great gym, large and diversified. Breakfast was large and diversified. We took 3 bedroom apartment and it was fully equipped with kitchen etc. although we mostly ate outside. All in all - a great place to stay and we would definitely come again.

This is not a 4 star hotel. More of a death trap. Arrived early and requested early check in, we got access at 1.50pm (check in opens at 2), all the rooms on our floor were empty the first night, thus why the long wait? Breakfast - basic, chaotic, noisy (construction noise from floors below), lack of seating and food choices and coffee is extra. Rooms - paper thin walls, you get to listen to the noise in the street, the noise in the corridor and the neighbours talking in their bedrooms. Bathrooms - added to the bedroom as an afterthought with tiny shower flooding into tiny toilet cubicle, huge sink on a tiny vanity with no where to put anything. Checked out the rooftop coffee shop, its an adventure to figure out how to get there. Up in lift (if you can find someone to activate it for you) then 3 flights of uneven stairs.

What a surprise I got when I arrived at the hotel. There were porter waiting readily to unload your luggage,opening the double door to let you in. It felt like service of a 5stars hotel. Hotel is located next to entrance of “New Dalat Market” which is so convenient. this market is connected to the original famous Dalat market which turns into night market when night falls everyday. Hotel room is clean and spacious, breakfast buffet was excellent with new dishes changed everyday(I stayed here 3 nights).
