「There was a mix-up with our reservation through a technical error on the third party site. The hotel, & Mark, bent over backwards to help us out! We were given a room while I dealt with the issue. It was resolved. But the length of their hospitality to us was commendable! The room was great! The complimentary breakfast was unusual for us. 「During check-in I was offered a better price, which was of course greatly appreciated. While this is an older property, many updates have been and are being made which made it feel more comfortable. The breakfast room is well kept and stocked. The property is very clean. *note*. For those considering this property, while on multiple levels, there is no elevator. 」
