I liked that the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was good. Beds were more on the firm side which was fine, but the pillows were so hard that I had a headache in the morning, so bring your own if you can. The rooms especially the bathrooms need upgrading. It's old and the room had a strange smell. The breakfast was only okay.

The Ramada in Richfield was fine for our needs. The room was clean. The breakfast was OK. The bed and pillows were comfortable. It's set up so you don't interact much with staff unless there's some problem. Overall it was adequate but not a standout in excellence.

Very enjoyable. Truly enjoyed the lady who checked us in. Answered all of our questions and gave extra helpful info. Our room was clean and neat. Only disappointment was bed was a bit too firm for people with back issues. Score 9 of 10.

Enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The only thing I did not like as much was that the mattress was too firm. Woke up with sore hips and back. Fitness room needs an upgrade.

Well located in center of Richfield. Looks much newer than its real age. Spacious breakfast area. But recent modifications must have replaced closets with hooks, a new trend in hotel industry.
