"this is an excellent 5 star hotel with a great location and and over all very good amenities and offerings. the real gem however is the staff that make you feel like you have a true home away from home. i spent a week in the care of the team and the guys and girls that greet you and help you as you come in and out of the hotel are fantastic. their help was priceless to me and i am grateful for the kindness and hospitality they showed me. "We were lucky enough to get a room upgrade to a fabulous suite overlooking the Marina Bay. The breakfast was the most extensive that we have ever experienced - just amazing! All the staff were so helpful. Just wish we were staying longer in Singapore! "
