「Front desk staff Joshua was very helpful and polite excellent customer service care I enjoyed my stay」

「I loved the ambience and how close it was to Graceland. I felt like I was going back in time a bit in a good way. The quality of everything from the towels to the wallpaper and furniture was really wonderful. And getting to see Elvis movies each night and get pb&j sandwich and chocolate milk were fun! 「Great stay for a few days in Memphis! Location was easy access to Beale Street, the river front, Bass Pro, the Peabody Hotel, restaurants and a great little market. We walked everywhere except for a trip to Graceland. Very secure as well. Everything was clean and spacious. 「EV chargers didn’t work but otherwise good hotel for the price」

「Clean and smells good」

「Blood in my sink. Roo Not clean. Dirty filter laying on their couch. Checked out 3 days early because it's loud, rude staff, and refused ANY sort of refund. Keep the money. Greed never survives.」
