This is our second time staying at this property. We enjoyed our time here. Nice room, pool, fitness area, and lobby. The staff were excellent and accommodating. We will make this our go to stay next time we are in Memphis.

For my first time staying at the Courtyard, I was very impressed. The amenities and dining options were great. I like the layout of the room. My only suggestion would be to have smart TVs as I like to bring my Chromecast with me on trips out of town.

They never said you had to stay 3 nights to get your room cleaned and when I requested the room to be cleaned, everyone had already left for the day. Very nice staff at the breakfast area, she made the best coffee for us and was very sweet. Forgot to get her name, but she has been there for over 20 years!

I liked the clean and comfortable room. however, i selected this hotel because it advertised as having a bar and restaurant. only to find out it wasn’t a full bar and not a full restaurant. staff wasn’t present when i walked in to check in, wasn’t present when we were ready to eat, so we had to walk to get food and only had wine and beer.

Friendliest staff! I have stayed in 5-Star properties around the world. Who would have thought the nicest, most-professional hotel staff--from the front desk to the cafe--would be located in little Southaven, MS. I highly recommend!

Awesome place to stay!

My son had a baseball tournament out in Southhaven, and the hotel was 10mins from the fields and close to shopping and restaurants. We left a day early and they changed our checkout date so we didn’t have to pay that extra day that we booked. Friendly staff, quiet, and clean. Will book again!!!! One thing that I wish they had was complimentary breakfast (I guess marriotts don’t do that,) but other than that! Thumbs up!!!
