The overall hotel was great it had just opened when we stayed. The stay would have been great but their system for room keys was not working so to get into your room staff had to go let you in. I booked a room that said it slept 6 expecting two beds and a sleeper sofa. The room had two beds and a couch. Honestly beyond that and key inconvenience it was a great hotel. Breakfast in the morning was great

This property was really great as far as staff and cleanliness, however, we did run into a few problems like the elevator had stopped working for a few hours and the key card wasn’t working. The staff was super helpful in understanding and accommodated us with another wheelchair accessible room on the first floor. Would highly recommend someone stay here.

Great stay

Wonderful room in a nice location. We were pleased with how spacious the room was, and it was very clean. Breakfast is busy, but we found a table without an issue. Would definitely stay again.

Too terrible to give any rating. Had to ask for room swap and still I had to check out immediately due to 2 horrible rooms conditions and book a room at another hotel. Uncleaned toilet, cracked toilet seat and unclean shower, ants everywhere, running water in the tub and unclean linen. Wasn’t even a one star hotel. I am reaching out to both Expedia and Hilton corporate headquarters for my refund.

Not worth money

For the cost of room, I would expect up to date and clean. However, this hotel should be 50% of what it cost per night. Family vacation.. hotel was so gross we left early to go home. Stained colored ceilings, carpet separating from floor, holes in walls, etc. Front desk ladies service was good. Pool was fair.

Staff was very welcoming. Storming outside, systems down but they worked hard so everyone had a room and was checked in and safe.

Staff was amazing! Easy parking in a really good spot for shopping or restaurants. Big down fall is there is an airport close so you’ll hear planes all night. Not super bad, but it kept us up most of the night. Pretty nice hotel however.

The hotel was clean amd the staff bery nice and helpful. Breakfast wasnt to bad either. The issue was the beds. Noone in my group could sleep because they were uncomfortable.

Our room floors were very dirty, fridge and freezer doors would not stay shut. Faucet in bathroom was coming off. Pool was closed for cleaning for three of the days we were there.
