「Jeffrey at the front desk was extremely helpful, however everything wrong at this hotel was beyond his control. The first room we were given was either occupied or not cleaned, the second had a door to the outside that did not lock or open, so there was no way to get fresh air or get out in an emergency and the final room had questionable stains on the couch, hair on the towels and the room overall was extremely dated.
