The rooms and common areas were well maintained, and everything felt fresh and welcoming. The location is excellent and made it very easy for us to get around Toronto and visit different attractions. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Toronto looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay."

"We were not told we were upgraded to a buffet breakfast and went to the bistro breakfast. There seemed to be a lack of communication. The balcony was in terrible condition. Probably because of expected renovations but not great to look at. "

"I did not use much of the amenities but the room was very clean and had all I needed. The only issue I had was one of the staff members refused to address me and only spoke to my male partner even though the reservation was under my name. "
