「Everything was pristine and cozy. The family room was great for an adult, 2 kids and a dog. The lobby area was quiet and welcoming. I tried texting the number provided twice to ask for a late check out but no one answered my texts. Communicating with staff might require a little more research.」

「This was the third time our family stay at this Hilton location during our visit to Hanover. We always had good experience. The room is clean, spacious, and the staff are always friendly and accommodating. We will surely come back again for the next visit. 」

「Pleasantly surprised with how nice this hotel is! Not being familiar with the area, We did a last minute booking so the rates were much lower than was expected for fall foliage, so I was not sure what I was walking into, but Let me tell you it’s our new getaway! Staff was so kind and friendly, very clean overall, not just the room, it smells fresh everywhere we went, breakfast was a bonus! Loved the kid friendly lounge areas as my kiddos get bored in the room. Just a great overall experience!...
