「I could not enter the office to check in. There is no manager. I did not stay in the unsightly motel. I never registered or could sign in. Do NOT represent this terrible facility. Advertisement misleading ,fraudulent.」

「Jim Butler use to be a great place to stay. It’s not anymore! The place is run down, and the staff at check in is less than impressive! I called ahead as I would be making a later arrival to verify someone would be there. The lady who answered the phone spoke as if I was wasting her time. Then at check in she was completely unpleasant. I had a less than impressive stop the time before but thought I’d give the place one more chance. Never again will I stay at the Jim Butler.」
