「Stayed one night and it was a perfect visit. The staff were helpful and kind. The parking was very convenient. Breakfast had just about anything you could want. The room was very clean … did not see anything to complain about. Will stay there again while coming thru town. 」

「I really enjoyed this hotel and would absolutely return. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were such a plus for my son- our room was just steps away. We also enjoyed the discounted breakfast at the restaurant. The front desk staff was super personable and friendly even though there was a little snafu with our checkin. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room - even with free bottled water and cookies! Highly recommend for those passing through Ely!」

「Perfect place for a quick overnight stop while driving from LA to Boise. Ely gets cold during the winter, but we managed to stay very cozy. Having a door code made check-in easy and flexible. Would book again!」

「When you can walk into a hotel and there is no one around because they are short staffed and across the street at the sister hotel you know you are in the right town. 「I was very impressed actually. The beds were more comfortable than the luxury resorts we usually stay at. We will be staying here again as we head to Reno for events again. 」

「If I could write a zero review I would. We had a horrible experience. Stayed for the night on our way to Arizona. Got up at 4 AM to take a shower and the shower did not work whatsoever so our family of four was not able take a shower. Bedding was dirty still. Front desk was rude and made no accommodation or even offer a discount. 」
