This whole Hotel is Unique. Bed was comfortable. Clean throughout. Food was delicious at restaurant that is located in the Hotel. There is also a full bar too, unfortunately we did not try anything. Friendly staff. We would most definitely stay again. Universal

Bathroom - empty White Claw cans in cabinet under the sink. No bathtub plug. From stepping off elevator and throughout room and bathroom there was an odor of mildew. Loud noises throughout the night from alley outside the window. Front Desk - Sunday/arrival person was friendly. Monday/Leaving person was rude, could barely be bothered to lift her head from the desk to take the room key card. Dining - Monday morning/cafe employee was friendly. Sunday night/hostess was rude, she was possibly a server.

Jessie on the front desk made our stay wonderful. With her smile and friendly greeting, we knew our stay would be great.Jessie always tries to solve any problems with professionalism and respect.We really enjoyed our room in the annex area, we really appreciate the hospitality. We didn’t have any paranormal activity, but we hope to stay in the Mizpah again.
