「Staff was friendly, the room was clean, very reasonable! We visited to ride at Gypsum Park. Selected this hotel because it was close and price was reasonable. When we got there we were impressed, hotel was nice, clean, included the basic breakfast. We would absolutely stay here again. 」

「When I initially looked at the price I figured the place might be a dump. But then I noticed it had the highest ratings of motels in the area. All we wanted was a comfortable bed and a place to shower. That's what the Evergreen Inn is. No pool, no breakfast, no exercise room... Perfect! The beds were very comfortable, the towels were soft, not scratchy. One of the nicest older motels I've ever stayed in.」

「This was an excellent value for the moderate room cost. All room furnishings and bathroom plumbing worked perfectly and reflected care by the owners and staff. Adequate breakfast buffet. Excellent coffee. Just an all-around satisfying experience. We will stay here again next year.」

「Room was a family room so we had more than enough room. Only wanted a king bed but got a king room and the comfort of it. Although the place could use some small updating, the price and location of the stay was worth it. Will consider staying here again 」
