「This is our second year staying here and we'll definitely be back again! We've been to Ouray 5 times and this is our favorite place to stay. Having a full kitchen and utensils is the best. Steve and Nova take wonderful care of the property and are always ready to assist if needed though we didnt need anything. It's so thoughtful that they provide a welcome basket and towels for the hot springs. I love having our own space AND our own deck to hang out and enjoy the view.」

「Kitchen handy but fix the lighting outside the door because those parking posts are no joke in the dark. Parking can suck when booked up. Convention location. Consistent (we have stayed multiple times) in it's basics. 」

「We had a great time; super fun to be so close to a great brewery and the Pastime (a local hospitality industry bar). 」

「The rooms and common areas were very clean, very modern chic. There was a nice path out back to an outdoor sitting area, we even saw a fox hanging out while there! It was a nice, relaxing stay. We stayed in early summer, so it didn't get too hot. But the building does not seem to have central air, so this might be a better winter stay!」

「This is a unique hotel in a unique Western mining town. One feels they are entering the early days of America. The Alma House is an early nineteenth century home decorated for the time period. Every room is a statement of itself. The owners help one to feel welcome into this exceptional environment.」

「The name “Little Beaver Inn” is in our opinion, misleading. It is actually a simple motel room, not an inn. You can use the kitchen and living room in the nearby Lodge (same owners). That property is FAR superior to the “Inn”, yet only costs about $15/night more. With taxes, the $190/night felt quite overpriced for the small hotel room. The quality of materials and construction are nice, particularly the bathroom. However, it is a big stretch to consider this an Inn. Had we known it...
