「We loved this place. Our host was super entertaining and the breakfast he made us each morning was sensational. We loved the jungle garden setting (toucans in the trees!)」

「Lots of bugs inside and out. On the river so you have to get a boat ride and taxi to get places and it’s 10 or $15 USD each way. Not a convenient location unless you bring your own food, all the bug spray, don’t leave luggage open, don’t mind stinky dogs in your step and don’t plan to explore anywhere but there. Beds, bathrooms and kitchen did seem clean and the staff were friendly.」

I was not aware that the property was locked up 100% of the time. We had very early days, and sometimes late evenings.
