"The guest should be allowed to open or close the curtains. For room # 412 it was like looking at a pair of headlights while trying to sleep. Everything other than that was extremely nice."
"This property location and in hotel restaurant are the positives! Rooms were very out dated and needed some love. Pool was not safe and cleanliness needed major improvements. "
"Room was comfortable and met our needs. The breakfast was very good only wish it opened a little earlier. The room was not ready with enough towels or sheets for the pullout couch. All in all a good place to stay and I will stay again if in the area."

"The lady that checked us in at the front deck was rude. We had our service dog with us and she tried to tell us that our dogs service badge was not real. After we got checked in she would just stare at us like we was not welcomed if it was up to her. Other than that our stay was great."
"Wonderful place to stay. Very friendly check in staff. Nice clean rooms, convenient since my meeting is at this hotel. It's a little tricky to get into the parking garage and now they charge $ 22 a night, but otherwise a great place to stay. "

"This hotel was phenomenal. The staff at the front desk, specifically Natalie, was more than accommodating for our large group. They were able to get us checked in (early) and gave us some great recommendations for local bars/restaurants. The hotel was beautiful and a great location to Uptown and concert venues. Our room was clean with very cold A/C. Bedding and pillows were very comfortable!! We will definitely be back for a future stay. "
