「This is a well located hotel just a few minutes walk from Cité du vin and bike and tram stops into the city centre which take barely 10 mins. So we loved the location. We drive and there is parking next door but it is expensive even though Moxy give you a 25% discount code. Buy your parking in advance because there is genuinely nowhere on the street. The breakfast is adequate though so small that I don’t really understand how they can charge what they charge for it. It also doesn’t really...

「Very clean and quiet, lots of space (especially the bathroom), excellent breakfast, parking, modern accommodations. Thanks!!」

「I could not go to the hotel by strike on the first day, but I could arrive on second day. However, they DID cancel without telling me despite I already paid for two days!!!Also they accepted with other customers to my room!! Then, they said that you should pay once again if you want to stay today! For worse condition room!!! I explained my situation and complained them...but they never paid back money!!! Also my friend stayed at this hotel. A cleaning person put all her food she brought her...

「Staff was very helpful.」
