「スタッフの対応が良かった」

「It was amazing! We rented a scooter for 4 days. The staff was very helpfull and kind. Also they speak very good english. 」

「I went to Ubud with my family. Location is great and close to everything. Pool is clean. Room is clean. The only issue is the Toilet (clean but too noisy) in general super and great hotel.」

「申し訳ないほどの料金で滞在させていただきました。施設面、シャワ－の出が悪かったり、お湯の温度が熱いか冷たいか極端だったりしますが、部屋は清潔、家具もとてもキュ－トです。余分にバスタオルをいただいたり、ドライヤ－も前もってリクエストしておけばちゃんと洗面所に用意されていたり　スタッフは常に笑顔で対応します。 今回は娘と二人旅で、二人ともが別のアクシデントで別の日に医者にかかるという事態に陥りましたが、迅速丁寧親切に対応していただき、とても頼りになるスタッフで心強かったです。ロビ－でスタッフとの女子トークが最高に面白かったし本気で帰国が寂しいと思えるホテルでした。」

「スタッフが、素晴らしい。少し歩けばたくさんのレストラン。ATMもすぐ近くのコンビニ前にあります。ダイビングをするなら最高の場所。朝食も美味しかった。ダイビングは朝早いので、朝食時間を少し早めてくれました。夜のﾌﾟｰﾙの雰囲気も良い感じです。」

「バリ舞踊のティルタ・サリが行われるプリアタン村には徒歩10分とかからず歩いて行ける。付近には夜遅くに食事が取れるカフェ・レストランが数軒しかなく，それだけが不便。部屋はきれいで広く，スタッフはフレンドリーで，朝食も美味しく最高だった。」

「部屋のドアの閉まりが良くないのと、ゲジゲジのような虫が部屋にいたこと、蚊が入ってきて困った。 スタッフの対応は、笑顔でよかった✨」

「Le personnel etait au petit soin pour nous, ils nous ont organisé toutes nos excursions. La piscine est très grande et bien entretenue.」

「Wir haben eine Nacht hier verbracht, weil wir am nächsten Tag mit der Fähre weiter gefahren sind. Die Lage war dafür top, weil man nur 3 Minuten bis zum Hafen von Sanur läuft. Sehr nettes Personal, das für uns sogar auf Wunsch ein Glutenfreies Frühstück (Nasi Goreng und frisches Obst) vorbereitet hat. 」

「バスタオル以外何もなかった。ドライヤーがないのは不便だったので下調べは大切。 1階の部屋だったのですが、鍵が閉めにくく、隙間がかなりあり、虫は入りたい放題だった。 スタッフは皆感じが良かった。」

「Excellent location! I did not have a swim in the pool but saw a mim with two young children have wonderful time there every time I passed. Excellent service in reception!」

「Hosts are a wonderful family. Father and son picked me up from the airport. Daughter cleaned the room every day and brought a delicious breakfast every morning. The mother arranged the stay. All very friendly. Motorbike rental from the family's business for 1 month was only $90 USD. Good location near a key intersection. Great restaurants, cafes, spas, shopping, and a karaoke bar within walking distance as well as two convenience stores and a pharmacy. 20 min on the motorbike can take you to...
