"My stay here was great overall. I really enjoyed all of the different amenities that were provided and had a wonderful time with my family. The two-bedroom suite was very nice and spacious, with plenty of room and bathrooms for everyone. Everything was clean and well-maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable. One thing that would have been helpful to know ahead of time was that some of the amenities or services came with an additional cost. Aside from that, we had a great experience and truly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely consider staying here again."

"We were in the area for a concert. It was our first time at the hotel. From the moment we arrived the hotel staff were attentive to our needs. Checking in was very easy, the hallways and room were very clean. Our grandchildren used the hotel's pool which was well kept up. Strongly recommend this hotel as a location to enjoy the surrounding lakes and Laconia."

"The cottage was easy to get to and convenient to activities. Easy walk to the lake and ice cream. We were traveling with adult children but noticed a high chair & crib. Check-in was easy. We had a great stay."

"House was beyond beautiful, fit our family of 24 perfectly. We were nervous about having a caretaker on the property seeing as we have a lot of loud children but she was wonderful, and helpful. Lake sunapee state beach is a very easy drive and beautiful lake to go to, only thing that was misleading was the 11 minute walk to the beach- unless we missed it, was not accurate. Overall the house and yard was amazing- caretaker super helpful and nice would 110% return. Only caution if you had a large party would be bring Tupperware and plastic utensils & cups."

"Adequate space for all guests and overall a great vacation. The host was very responsive and onsite support was excellent. Some minor issues related to the following:1. Some lights either did not work, or we could not find where to turn them on/off2. The remote control/s for the TV, cable box and DVR were confusing e.g. we think there were 2 remotes for the TV/cable box (1 to turn them on/off and one to control the volume?)3, Lots of ticks on property - not sure what you can do about that4. Pool is great, but the area is very hot and humid (maybe due to the weather that week?)5. There was a smell of gas at times in the large TV room in the basement as well a smell of burnt firewood (the latter may be due to being asked to keep the fireplace flue openOverall, the place needs some minor renovations but as mentioned above, we had a great time."
