"I have stayed there more than once and plan to return again! Great people, most accommodating right down to the room cleaning service, the sweetest couple who keep the rooms immaculately clean and well stocked with clean linens and bathroom supplies!!! The view of the lake is out of this world and my granddaughter loved the sandy beach the owner so graciously provides for his guests!!! Just a wonderful experience and I recommend anyone who wants top notch accommodations, book a room here!!!"
Cozy rustic cottage w/private shared beach on Newfound Lake & easy ski access

"We were on the go quite a bit. The cottage was tidy and clean. We slept comfortably in the beds. The dining table was a good size. I liked the the kitchen. It had what we needed and good counter space. A little better lighting might of been nicer.We enjoyed easy access to Lake but wondered if there was a larger public beach at Newfound lake that we could of also used for a small fee. This cottage is a really nice place to stay , only wish it had a washer and dryer and a bigger bathroom or 2 bathrooms. We got quick and friendly responses to questions . I am thankful to our host for sharing her cottage for the week."

"The rooms are a little well-worn but clean and big. biggest complaint is the AC which was noisy and maybe needed a cleaning because I had sinus problems. That said, I cannot say enough positive about the staff. The check staff, the cleaning staff, the people replenishing breakfast were all so welcoming and friendly. Not much in the immediate neighborhood but we were there for a concert in Guilford so it was convenient ... quick drive to Weir's beach, etc."

"Excellent new property. Great facilities. Staff was fantastic. We had an issue with ac and it was resolved immediately. Plenty of space to spread out, pool, lake, lawn, balcony. Only recommendation I would have is it seems that if restaurant staff doesn’t seat you on balcony, they don’t recognize you for drinks or apps. Helpful hint, if you want to wander off site, Winnisquam Country Store has a great great selection of breakfast and lunch sandwiches and grab and go."
