Air shuttle doesn’t exist. You have to set up yourself. More than half of the hotel was closed and part that were open they wanted you to pay to get preferred $75 a day so you could attend the bars they decided to keep open. The restaurants were closed some some days some on the other. All the excursions over doubled the cost less than in a year. We requested numerous times to have only Diet Coke or water placed in our room from my husband is a diabetic from the staff and concierge. It never happened. we ordered room service twice. It took over two hours and according to the staff, the capacity was of the hotel was less than 20%. I’d hate to see how long it would’ve been if they were full and our room service was incorrect we went with three couples a total of six people all of them had been to this hotel 3 to 4 times. None of us are going back. I feel like I wasted my time trying to take a vacation that I needed for relaxation purposes away from work, large waste of time.
