"This was a nice roomy place with plenty of room. It is within driving distance of Pisa and the beach and a few other local towns as well. There was plenty of parking as well. I would highly recommend having a car to be able to stay here though. It had a nice mini kitchen with fridge and microwave, it would have been nice if it had a freezer as well. We really like staying here."

"Very nice hotel, close to the beach, a 5-10 min walk through a pine grove. Breakfast (11 euro) - was good.
The room itself was spacious, good air conditioners, fridge, stove, sink, balcony and rack for drying swimming suites. Beach towels are not included/provided. Bathroom shower did not drain very well. There was a chemical smell in the room. Overall the stay was good."
"Vi hade en helt fantastisk vistelse! Personalen var otroligt trevlig och hjälpsam, vilket verkligen förhöjde vår upplevelse. Rummen var luftiga, fräscha och mycket välstädade. Vi uppskattade verkligen att det fanns möjlighet att grilla samt spela både tennis och pingis utan extra kostnad – en stor bonus för både barn och vuxna.
Det enda vi saknade var en mikrovågsugn, och det var lite svårt att ta sig runt utan bil. Men bortsett från det trivdes hela familjen otroligt bra, och vi ser redan fram...

"The property and the owners exceeded all expectations. We hosted our wedding at the venue and housed all 16 guests. The house comfortably accomodated everyone with enough indoor and outdoor space to be comfortably spread out.The views are breathtaking and we spent multiple evening sitting under the pergola or in the hot tub watching the lightning storms roll theough the mountains. The hosts did a great job arranging the outdoor areas to take advantage of all of the natural beauty of the property.Marco and his family were unbelieveably accomodating hosts, going far above and beyond what we expected. We also booked the hosts catering partner for our wedding dinner, a pasta class, and a pizza night; Consuelo and her family were absolutely amazing and their cooking is lights-out. Beware though, like all italian chefs, they will make sure you have enough leftovers to feed a small army.To sum up our experience, this property including the hosts and the catering vedors were great! I woukd reccomend this to anyone and look forward to returning in the future!"

Beautiful complex in a quiet countryside setting, with a large pool and plenty of sunbeds. Breakfast was included, and dinner at the hotel was excellent value: buffet starters, two dishes from the menu, and unlimited dessert. As seafood lovers, we were very happy with the choice. Breakfast and dinner were so generous we didn’t need lunch.
Staff were fantastic — special thanks to Tati at reception, the restaurant team, and Francesco at the pool. Everything was spotless.
Only drawback: Wi-Fi didn’t reach our room or the pool, so we used mobile data. Location is peaceful yet convenient, about an hour to Pisa and 25 minutes to the beach. We’d happily return in the near future"

"The AC and toilet never worked, and the manager wanted us to stay in those conditions. The manager forcefully grabbed my friend's arm and led her to the AC unit, arguing that it worked. In addition to her rude manners, she displayed a very aggressive attitude. A manager should resolve the guest's problem, not impose their point of view, much less with a rude and disrespectful attitude. I would never go back to a place like that."
