「For family stay with small childs, this hotel is very good due to the enough size of two beds in a room and staff is kind. The taste of food in restarurant and room services are alos good. The location is little bit far from shopping mall and restaurants.」

「Staffs needs training,very unprofessional. I asked one of the guard where our Room Is located, He just used his mouth/lips to point I didnt know What he was doing.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL😡Not even telling us which building our Room Is located . NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!!! The lady that was helping us at first ,She let us wait outside For awhile & was Really HOT so thats why we asked the guard instead STIILL NOT HELPING AT ALL !!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS !!!STAFFS NEEDS TRAINING .. 」
