「peaceful and quiet in a great place to getaway」

「Clean and comfortable. Had everything I needed. Location is great if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle but still want to be near the beach and rivers. Katja and Alex were attentive and pleasant hosts.」

「A true hidden gem! My husband and I stayed two nights and wished we could have stayed a week. The inn is at the end of the canal with views of the open water (Pine Island Sound and Sanibel in the distance). We walked the quiet neighborhood and met friendly neighbors. We ate dinner both nights at the Waterfront Restaurant & Marina (excellent food and sunset view). Our unit had a large bedroom with king bed, full kitchen, large open living/dining room. The A/C worked really well. Nice clean tile...

「Amenities at the apartment/condo was exactly as described. Easy 5-7 minutes walk to the beach. Overall, a nice place for a relaxing getaway for a few days.」

「This was a nice property, as in pictures. It was secluded and view from back porch to a lake/pond is great with a morning coffee or late night cocktail. Location is easily accessible to local venues. Publix and liquor store at end of street, and gas station across street. The Host does need to correct some issues and she does reply. Overall stay was great and we did a weekend in Matlacha (Matt LaShay.. LOL) .」

「The accommodations were great! Kitchen was well equipped to make meals. Used the gas grill several times. Also used dishwasher and laundry and both worked great! It was in a nice neighborhood- we took a 3-mile walk everyday on the only sidewalks we really seen in the area. Did have a 10 min drive to beach and parking was an issue but that is Florida. Explored the area for different restaurants and found some good ones. If golfing is your thing, golf course very close. Overall enjoyed our stay...

「Cozy and clean, though a bit compact, this spot offers thoughtful touches like basic kitchen essentials, including salt and pepper. Our rental unit includes a platform placed along the edge of the property, but do not anticipate any success with fishing from this particular spot. On a positive note, the staff is exceptionally responsive.」
