「My family of four had a wonderful spring break at Kai Baby. The home was well appointed and very comfortable. The canal setting was peaceful with a dock for fishing. The pool was much enjoyed each day. Bikes and kayaks were fantastic amenities. We biked every day and were thankful bikes were available when our rental vehicle wouldn’t start. 「We had a wonderful stay! There was a total of 7 people in our group ranging from 70 to 8 years old. The house accommodated everyone very nicely and had anything you could think of from kitchen utensils to activities for outside. Communication was great and we had a very easy checkin and checkout. 「There was an issue with the HVAC units in the downstairs’ living room and bedroom that required us to reach out to the management several times. On the upside we had immediate assistance. The pool company stopped by while we were at the house to clean and check the chemicals in the hot tub.
