「The hospitality of the entire staff really stands out. The kids also really enjoyed the quest to find staff members from all over the world. All the restaurants were excellent, rooms clean and the pool and beach were well maintained and lots of fun. 」

「Staff friendly. Hotel clean. Only draw back is beach staff for water sports and rental. Very rude and arrogant. Not the type that make you want to do any booking or activity with them 」

「The property had the appearance of being safe. The ongoing construction provided an environment which was not relaxing or quiet. The pool was very cold. The feather pillows and comforter were a nice touch but were not hypoallergenic and caused my wife considerable discomfort. This property should have been noted as “under construction” with pricing accordingly. 」
