Big farmhouse with pool in the Luberon - Le Mas du Haut Cabedan

Le Mas du haut Cabedan is located in Cavaillon in the countryside and close to all amenities.
It is strategically located between the Luberon and the Alpilles: A perfect location to discover the region.

Ideal for 12 adults and 2 children, the mas comprises a total of 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.

Ground floor:
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Laundry room
- Large dining room
- Living room with fireplace and 2 bay windows
- Bedroom n°1 : Bed 180 x 200 + Shower room - 1 washbasin + wardrobe
- Bedroom n°2: 2 Beds 90 x 200 + Shower room - toilet - 1 washbasin + access to outside

1st floor:
- Bedroom n°3: Bed 180 x 200 + Bathroom +toilet ( to be shared with bedroom 4) + fan + wardrobe
- Room n°4 : Bed 140 x 200
- Room n°5 : Parental suite: kingsize bed 200 x 220 + bathroom + wardrobe + extra bed (for a child)
- Room n°6 : 2 beds 90 x 200 (possibility to separate them) + fan + built-in wardrobe + non-adjoining bathroom
- Room n°7 : 2 beds juxtaposed 90 x 200 + fan + adjoining bathroom + toilet + bidet

Outdoors:
You will enjoy a superb garden with its 13x7m heated swimming-pool, a large shaded terrace and petanque court.
A magnificent summer dining room with fireplace will be the perfect place for long summer meals.
The environment is ideal for a beautiful holiday in complete serenity.

FURTHER INFORMATION:
- The swimming pool is open and heated from the end of May to the end of September
It is not equipped with a shutter. The water temperature depends on weather conditions.
- Possibility of charging an electric vehicle outdoors using a domestic power socket, for an additional fee of €35 per week.
- EV Public car charger in Les Taillades
- Pets not accepted
- Rental by fortnight between mid-July and mid-August
- Final cleaning + linen and towels (bath and pool) included
- The tourist tax is calculated per night and per adult based on the rental price.

Magnifique séjour au Haut Cabedan

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour au Mas du Haut Cabedan. Site de rêve à proximité de tout. Un accueil au delà de nos attentes par M. Hervé. Beaucoup de belles journées à jouer dans la piscine avec les enfants et de soirées à jouer à la pétanque ! Le seul hic fut l'absence de climatisation en période fortes chaleurs.
