"Very nice stay in Ragusa! The location was convenient to new town sites and walk to old town. The bathroom was huge!! Not too much street noise and right across from a beautiful church. We even received turn down service. Breakfast buffet had many options and was in an elegant room. Very clean and safe property. Parking can be challenge but we did find a pay spot nearby. "

"We were really looking forward to our stay but unfortunately, this hotel did not meet expectations. For the price we paid, we were surprised and disappointed to find that there was no Wi-Fi in the room and the air conditioning wasn’t functioning properly. When we brought it up with the staff, we were told the problem was on our end — not the property’s. Overall, a frustrating experience that fell short of the standard we anticipated.
