"Beautiful house for our family vacation! The backyard and kitchen area were perfect for entertaining. House was 3 long blocks to the boardwalk and beach so great location overall. Alex was a great host and responded to responded quickly to any query."

"The property was very clean, and the host was friendly and helpful. The photos and description on VRBO are accurate. The beds were comfortable. Bradley Beach is a nice relatively quiet beachside town, and the property is in a good location within the town, close to the beach and to Main Street."

"The building is run down and disgusting. The beds are not beds, they are roll-outs. The place looks nothing like the photos shown. However, the manager there was nice enough to tell me that I can get a refund."

"There were cockroaches everywhere and it was very disgusting. Cockroaches in the fridge, floor, bedrooms. All over. Need to be contacted regarding this."

"The place is okay and as described. It's a first floor apartment. The location faces the main road coming into Seaside so it's not scenic. I was there for a fall fishing trip so I didn't care about that. A previous review mentioned that the owners lived upstairs. While I heard them moving around from time to time, it was no big deal, and I never saw them. However, at 12:15 AM on my last of 3 nights there, there was a loud argument upstairs with lots of swearing that woke me up out of a sound...

"the owner was very kind and made sure everything was good. the room was the perfect size for my boyfriend and i for the few days we stayed, everything was clean, the only thing i will say is that the shower was very tiny but nothing major to actually complain about! we were very close to the boardwalk and other restaurants, over all we had an amazing time and we would definitely come back here again! "
