「Overall great experience! We usually don't expect much from a vrbo but were presently surprised. Everything was very clean and felt almost brand new. Plenty of extra blankets, towels, pillows, sheets, etc. Kitchen utensils were in good shape. There was only one box of tissues but that's pretty minor.Only complaint we had is the listing and a Vacasa customer service rep told us the hot tub was closed, but there were people using it who let us in. Checked the HOA page for the complex and it says...

「We enjoyed our stay here. It’s quaint and clean. All the amenities were provided to cook inside or on the grill. The communication was great with the host. Our room was ready so we were able to check in early too. It’s walkable to downtown Moab which was a bonus.」

「We had a fantastic stay at this townhome. Very easy access to the main road, not far from the downtown area. I was very happy with our stay. The garage made access to and from nice and private with the ability to leave a vehicle packed for our return trip. The host was fantastic and quickly answered questions that we had. My wife and I also visited the vineyards just south of this home and had a great time listening to live music. Again, this was a great place to relax.」
